Scrapbooking Top 50 September GDT

As I was queen of the crop in July I was asked to do a challenge over at Scrapbooking Top 50.  The cyber crop is "Spring Fever" So i kept it simple by having white space (clean & fresh like spring) and using ribbon, bling and flowers!  This was my example!

Chook scraps AMR ROund 12 the last one!!

This is my last LO for the Chook Scraps Amazing Race...we had to have white space, scalloped edge, a title from Australian song/poem and some use of excessive heat!

I have also finished my LO for my Guest Design team for September over at Scrapbooking top 50..will share next week!

Scraptivater Cyber Crop

Over at Scrapping Outback they had a Cyber crop this week and this is what I came up with!

We had to use paint swatches and only use those colours

New to Old....had to change a new chippy title to look old...I was going for a pressed metal kind of look?

THis we had to "renovate" an old LO...this was taken from one of the very first LO's I did! (forgot to add it..oh well!)

Been a bit slack with uploading LO's..so here are some I have done since last upload!

Card for Chook scraps monthly challenge...(mum needed a card for a friends birthday LOL)

Chook scraps AMR round 10.....was REALLY hard to do this one but ended up doing this for my MIL...

Chook scraps round 9....was running late in doing this and it pretty much sums up what I hear most days at the moment!

Well that's it at the moment...have been doing some other cards..but will upload them another day! Oh also I was awarded Queen of the July crop over at Scrapbooking top 50...so that means I'm the Guest Design Teamer for September...how exciting!

The Great Storyboard Challenge!!

Over at Storyboard Kits there is a sketch challenge with some AMAZING prizes! We had to follow the sketch and incorporate one of the listed techniques. As you can see above this is my take on the sketch and I have used the painted background (pink) and uneven background (the houses). Something a little different..but tried to keep it simple at the same time! Thanks for taking a look and check out the kits at Storyboard!

Scrapping Top 50 July Cyber Crop

A few LO's

This LO was for Chook Scraps AMR number 7...Ireland...was a last mintue LO so just covered all criteria LOL!

This was my FINAL challenge for MSR at SO :( ....I came 2nd in the final week and found out I was 4th overall YEAH...soo happy about this..apparently there is some HAPPY MAIL coming my way!!!

I decide to get my BUTT into gear and get the AMR 8 ENgland challenge done EARLY and this is it...we had to do colour blocking, add 2 buttons, a large circle at least 6 inches and a number in the title!

This is for the fortnightly challenge over at the Boxx set by Jodie!

ANd finally this is for SO JUly sketch challenge...few think that's all up to date now..off to get an early night tonight!

2 MSR mini challenges!

Look what I've been up too! Making a cupcake..that I had sooo much fun doing for MSR mini challenge 2 and Butterflies using a wooden sponn for MSR mini challenge 1. This is the first time I have made a cupcake and I'am pretty happy with it!! Off to do a LO now...maybe I should go weed the garden while it's not raining!

WOW!!!

Guess what...I was top pick for week 3 over at MSR....OMG. Did something really different to what I would normally do and it payed off!! Just had to share LOTs of happy dancing here today LOL!!! Better had put extra effort into my mini album!!

Totally forgot I had done this for the April Cyber Crop over at Chooks Scraps...guess what I won!! Was totally shocked!...What a great week for LO wins...see what I can come up with next week! Week 4 with the MSR we have to make a mini album!! Thinking caps to be on for this!

OMG!!!

I just popped over to Scrapping Outback to see if the results of week 2 were up and guess what......I had the winning design...YEAH!!! If you look down my blog it is the What I Love about you LO (one with the strawberries!) Off to Ma/Pa's tonight then home and then off to MIL & FIL in Wagin for the weekend....so not much scrapping this weekend!

MSR Challeng 3

We had a mystery box this week...using things from the pantry. We had to make a project interpreting these items....flour, meat, pasta, sugar, oil, mixed herbs and pastry. My interpretation of these are Flour - swept burnt orange embossing, pastry - blue scalloped paper, oil - piped paint title, mixed herbs - sprinkled buttons, meat - brown marbled chipboard, pasta - twine and sugar - emboss powder sprinkeld over chipboard key. We have a master class this Friday and then we will see what's instore for next week!

Oh hopefully the headaches have gone for good!

AMR & pressure test

Over at Scrapping Outback we have a pressure test to do..before Wednesday and we had to pick numbers from 2 columns which corrisponded to different embelishments and techniques. I got Pearls/rhinestones and embossing..here is what I came up with!

On the Chook Scraps amazing race we are in south america..we had to have rolled paper, cream flower, metal and branches....this is what I came up with!

Hopefully will get a few more done over the next few days to catch up..but have been having a few headaches so we will see how I go!

MSR Challenge 2

Here is Scrapping Outbacks MSR challenge number 2....

We had to use some wet media on the LO & chipboard, use a die cut, layering of 3 pp, hand cut elements and cardstock, use at least 3 flowers and have at least 1 spiral flower. So this is what I came up with. I'm really liking the LO that I'm doing a the moment..so we will see what I come up with next! Oh and last week I came 5th out of 28 people..which I'm really happy about..some really good scrappers there!

White with a twist

MSR Begins...

This is my LO for the Chop, Chop & Garnsih challenge over at Scrapping Outback. We had to do fussy cutting, distressing, cut chipboard and make a minimum of 3 handmade flowers..all of which I have done! Below is a close up of the flower cluster I did.

This LO is the Masterclass by Tara that I did last night...just love the LO...so cute!

I have also finished LO for the May white with a twist challenge...but will upload tomorrow when there is daylight!

Best be off to have a shower and go to bed...maybe I can get to sleep before 10.30...we will see!
