Mum & Dad's Wedding Album

Ok so it took me ages to get inspird and finish this album for my mum and dad...don't know whether it was the smaller pages or what , but I was aiming for their wedding anniversary...14th May...but it was a Birthday pressie for MUM on the 25th of September..I really lost my mojo after this one but I think I have it back now!!! Never again am I doing 8x8 pages!!!

Boxx December Sketch Challenge

Ok so a new blog has started Just Add Ink. The Just Add Ink Design Team is a group of Australian & New Zealand Stampin' Up! demonstrators who love to share what they love and inspire others to create!
As I have just started blogging and I'm a bit addicted to challenges at the moment I think this site is going to be one of my favourites!!!
Each week they will have a new challenge and this week the challenge was a colour challenge - make something using our blog colours.
So I decided to do a Mini Album as a gift for my Mother In Law...I hope I have stayed as close to the colours as possible and I have used some Stampin' Up products - ribbon, punches and paper. Well I hope you take a look at the blog and I'm sure I will be attempting more challenges to come!

Challenges

Ok so after a day of house cleaning I finished off 2 LO one for the Boxx weekly challenge set by Elise......her very first challenge and I decided to do something a bit different. Not sure if I really pulled it off!



This second one I kept quite simple and it was for Scrap the Girls January Sketch Challenge...



So it has been very hot here hopefully some cooler weather on the way so I can get into my Vegie Garden!!

Scrapboxx Weekly Challenge

Ok so the challenge was to scrap with a photo...of me! Well it was hard enough to journal about me...but even harder to find a photo! But I did it and I though with a birthday coming up this may bring back memories in the future! Now off to to the Scrap the Girls sketch!

My first double LO

Never done a double LO before...but I couldn't decide on what photo to use!It's of my Best Friend and my DD. It is a present that I have made for her birthday (I made her a Scrapbook album before she left, so I thought this would be a great addition as we haven't seen her in nearly 18 months!....now to post it :)

Oh and I thought I'd share this with you....where I found MY LITTLE MONKEY the other day!

Let's Get Shabby Challenge 7

So I thought I'd have a go at the Let's Get Shabby Challenge Number 7 Now I don't have a lot of vintage stuff in my collection, but I have tried my best to use the SUMMER INFLUENCE! I just couldn't go past this picture...it definatly reminds me of an Aussie Summer.....kids with the hose!

Well I do have a few other LO's on the go so hopefully I will get them finished soon!
